I love canned Tuna, but in the traditional sense of too much mayo salt and cheese. Does anyone have any good alternatives to mayo when making tuna and also any additional recipes so I don't end up bored with my favorite ingredient?

try using avocado instead of mayo..high in natural 'good' fats, some chopped raw bell peppers and cucumbers or pickles mixed in is yummy too..possibilities galore..enjoy experimenting! Tuna melts are great too!0

You can replace mayo with Greek yogurt0

I get more expensive yellow fin tuna in a little oil. It would be a disgrace to put mayo in it.
Also, careful how much tuna you eat. Gotta watch dat mercury.0 -
A can of tuna in water mixed into 1/2 C of fat free cottage cheese will get you over 33g of protein for under 200 calories. Great for those looking to increase protein without adding too many calories.0
