Looking for encouragement!

I have been here before with a little improvement. But about a year ago life just got too busy. An excuse (a bad one), I know! I gained a bunch of weight and became extremely unhealthy, not to mention depressed and lost. Then in December of 2013 I got a new job and was doing really well. Things were looking up. I started working out and was making progress when I was in a car accident. I ended up in the hospital for 5 days and in bed for 8 weeks. I ended up losing all of the weight I had recently put on but went through some ups and downs emotionally. I am now at the point I need to get back in the gym to rehab my leg and improve my overall health. I am looking for support, encouragement, and motivation.
