2 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese room temp
2 slices cinnamon raisin bread
1/4 cup thinly sliced banana
1/4 cup fat-free egg substitute
1/2 tablespoon fat-free milk
1/8 teaspoon pure maple syrup

spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on one side of each bread top one with banana top with remaining slice of bread whish egg milk vanilla in small bowl dip bread into mixture spray skillet set over med heat place bread in skillet cook until golden brown 3-4 mins on each side place on plate top with syrup per serving 1 stuffed French toast 296 cal fat 5g chol 553mg sod 46g carb 24 g sugar 3g fib 17 g prot 170 mg

    Sounds delicious! I've made something similar but instead of using cream cheese, I used almond butter. Also delicious!

    do you cook it in the skillet after putting the cream cheese and bananas on? or before then top?

    Sounds good, but an 1/8th of a TEASPOON of syrup? That's pretty miniscule. :/
    Based on the size of the french toast and what's inside it, I think it should be more like 1 tablespoon of syrup.

    Great idea! I was just thinking about how to make this dairy free. Cashew butter would be yummy, too.
