New group starts tomorrow!

I've ran monthly biking challenges since July. They start at the 1st of each month. Well, I've been getting a lot of requests about having a different challenge so I have decided to finally go for it!

It's called #100hoursin100days and is pretty much exactly what it states. Well, with some added details :-D

Jump start your health in the next 100 days!
Holidays are tough so I'm here to keep you on track :-)
Commit to exercise and stay motivated!!!!

*CHALLENGE BEGINS SEPT 23RD and ENDS JANUARY 1ST
*Complete 100 hours in 100 days (for example: 1 hour of activity per day)
*Your 100 hours can consist of any kind of activity (weights/running/biking/swimming/dancing/etc.)
*You MUST post weekly in the MFP group discussion boards or via Instagram
*You are encouraged to try at least 5 new activities (example: 1 per month). This can be anything outside of your normal routine (obstacle course race, rock climbing, new food, etc.)
*Each month will have a new theme (announced each month)
*There will be 5 winners (1 per month)
