I am 5'6" started at 245, down to 197 now, and wanting to get to 160 and then re evaluate from there.

I am just recently started my weightloss journey ! I began at 245 and am now down to 237............still a long ways to go but slow and steadily working on my goal ! add me! lets do this!

Well, I started at 200, does that count? I've been focusing on maintaining at 140-130 for almost 2 years now.
