You may just want to look into body recomposition. I think that'll get you where you want.
Look at lifting heavy (New Rules of Lifting for Women, Stronglifts, Starting Strength)
If you don't have access to lift heavy look into Convict Conditioning.

Hi... I was using this app and it calculated 1280 for my specifications. I never used to weigh my food but trust me I used to enter honestly what I ate even if it was one extra baby carrot
I think this is it right here. Everything weighs more than you think. EVERYTHING. Becoming a food weigher really changed my life. That 1 TBP of peanut butter? It is most assuredly 2 TBP.
If you REALLY want to slim down for your wedding. I mean REALLY, if that is your goal, you need to buy a food scale NOW, and use it ALL THE TIME. Food scale. Weigh food. Eat less, lose weight, profit.
That is really all it takes, along with the will power to do it. You have to want it bad enough.0 -
hello all.. I have lost 6 pounds since I posted this. I dont know its weird.. May be because I was nearing my period and wasnt losing enough.. after my "day of the month" I am losing slowly again.. I have lost 10-12 lbs since Aug 8th till date..In approximately two months..Now I feel more confident.. more to go.. xoxo...Thanks for all ur support0
