My Day 1 with the Bodybugg

I just got my bodybugg in the mail today & am about to head to the gym & see what it tells me for my first workout. I think it will be a very useful tool in knowing exactly how many calories I am burning. For now, I am going to wear it at all times. Eventually, I might start only wearing it for workouts to know how many calories my workouts are burning.

Does anyone else own one or have used one in the past & can share their experiences?

    So yes I have a bodybugg. I got it a while back, and it is awesome if you use it correctly. I lost weight after starting to use it immediately, but you should try wearing it all day, that way you can see how much your deficit really is per day. MFP has a better food database though and is more user-friendly.

    I agree!! I hate BB food database. MFP is so much better. :love:
