Day 3 and going strong!

Ok I am on day three and feeling great! I absolutely love this program! I have found that it is easier for me to plan out my days meals the night before because my days are so hectic with 2 kids, working full time and going to school 2 nights a week. I love that I can plan my meals early and I know just where I am at each night and can usually fit in a snack (as I know many of us love those late night snacks!) without going over my calories. Of course I have learned to make better choices in my snacks and portion control! I give this program 2 thumbs up!!!!:love:

    I have been using this program for two weeks now and I love it!!! I have recommended it to a few people I know who are trying to lose weight. Like you, I too am feeling great! Keep on making those healthy choices and well done to you.

    I agree with planning the day before. It usually helps me and then I don't stress about what I can eat. It is also helping me pick good choices. It is amazing what some foods have in them. Good Luck and keep it up!
