I am determined

Starting back again with myfitnesspal....well should I say, FINALLY starting. lol. I am determined to make a breakthrough in my weight loss and keep the weight off this time. I got all the way down to 230 lbs from 297 lbs (an accomplishment in itself) by doing exercise routines I created and eating healthy. Then I stopped my routine when a life change occurred and gained back some pounds that I am not proud of. I now weigh 257 down from the 268 I returned to. I am focusing daily on drinking plenty of water....trust and believe it is hard to do when you are not accustomed to it, but it really helps curb your appetite! Also, I am eating a lot of veggies...especially cucumbers and lettuce. Veggies filled with water are an excellent source of water intake as well and keep you full longer. To all those climbing back on the wagon, I am with you and I understand. Together we can be a source of motivation and inspiration and reach our goals! mines is 175 lbs.....ready or not, here I come!!! :o)
