Best shape of my life

Hey guys, checking in again after a short 6 month hiatus where I've been really focused on training/preparing for a few physique shows in 2015. Sorry I havn't been on lately, but just wanted to share some of my updated progress compared to when I first started. I'm now a NASM certified personal trainer/Nutrition specialist with a large gym chain in central VA where I manage a large load of clients with the intent to motivate, inspire, and push them all to achieve their fitness goals.
I started at 235lbs 34% bodyfat, cut to 164 12% then slowly added lean muscle mass to 194 over the last 1.4 years. Here are my results....
At my heaviest. 235lbs 34% Bodyfat, high blood pressure and killing myself from a sedentary lifestyle.
The current product, taken 7 days ago on my wife's birthday 194 lbs/14% bodyfat

Thanks everyone for all the kind words..as we all know fitness is a never ending journey. I really think as an athlete and future competitor, I'll never be at a point where I'm just comfortable and can stop/maintain. I'm here if anyone has any questions regarding nutrition/training. I stay pretty busy but try to help out when/where I can. I want to see everyone not meet but EXCEED their fitness goals. A few words of wisdom I've learned and have come to live by:
"You cant out train a poor diet"
"Abs are made in the kitchen"
"Fitness is a marathon, not a sprint"
"Slow and steady wins the race"
Good luck all and thanks again for the kind words. I'm rooting for you!0 -
