I am always way over my calorie goal. I dont know what to do. There comes a certain point in the day where i have had 2+ liters of water and I just cant fight the pang.
What do you do when cardboard looks tastey? :P

Eat it. There's fiber in it.0

Have something with some protein! I love the Zone Perfect bars-- 200 calories, 14g protein, and chocolate. Kills the chocolate craving and keeps me full.0

What do u have your weight loss set to? if you have it at 2lbs/week consider lowering it to 1lb/week until that feels comfortable then move back to 2lb. Don't try to lose too much at once or you may find you wont lose any at all. Weight loss is unfortunately a slow slow process0

Hmmm well in that case I would try to reduce snacking as much as possible unfortunately it leads to just consuming empty calories in between meals and those cals add up fast. Try eating meals only and if you do snack try snacking on whole food or fruits since IMO they have less cals and fill you up more. Thats all I got and I know its tough but you can do anything if you put your mind to the task and envision it. Next time you go to eat just stop for a second and ask if you can wait and if you really need food or your just eating just to be eating. hope even a scratch of this was useful if not sorry but, I wish you the best of luck I know you'll make it happen0
