Hi - I am a 42 year old mommy of 2. I have struggled with my weight for a LONG time. Especially after my 2nd child. I joined MFP thanks to my friend Peggy. I hope I can reach a healthy goal. I do not want to be super skinny - just healthy so I can keep up with my 2 kids and my husband. It seems that lately my hubby can go off and hike mountains, and I can barely climb the stairs. I started a week ago - counting calories....and started today on the exercise. I hope I can keep being motivated. Thanks for all the support, advice, recipes and blogs that you all put on this site to help us all.
