I'm just saying hello to all the MFP people here! I joined this month but have been on a weight loss plan since mid July. My initial goal is to drop some weight and get more energy, sleep better at night and have less migraines...all those are already starting to happen. I don't like feeling hungry or depriving myself of all the foods I love, so I exercise every day so I can have some of the things I really enjoy. My biggest previous weight loss was 65 pounds, so I KNOW that I can do it and that's what I set my new goal at. It's going to take a lot of work, and maybe longer, as I'm almost 20 years older than the when I lost weight before. I work full-time and have a house, kids, pets, etc. I am a DIY mom and I like to do everything I can myself--becomes necessary anyway after you get divorced unless you have a lot of money--er, which I don't. LOL. Well, say hi or friend me or something--would love to get to know some of you!
