  • Hi My Name is Tammy, I've been on this change of lifestyle eating now for 27 days. I've lost 13 lbs. My goal is to loose 40-50 lbs. I've found that diets do not work for me. So I've changed my whole eating lifestyle. Eating more veggies, protein & fiber and I work out at least three days a week. So far it's working out fine for me. I did eliminate a few things out of my life for the first thirty day, which was pop, alcohol, bread and pasta. My thirty days will be up on September 25. I'm almost reached the finish line. But the great thing is I have not had one craving for any of the things that I gave up for thirty days.

    I'm looking to join chat groups for chat & support for one another. So please feel free to add me as a friend on here
