My very first NSV!

Okay so every Tuesday I go to the park with some friends and we play various games like kickball, volleyball, Frisbee golf etc..well three weeks ago I put on these spandex workout pants and I immediately wanted to take them off because my thighs looked so bad I had cellulite all over the top, I didn't change because I didn't have anything comfortable to wear and as nasty as those made me look they were comfortable. Today I put those same pants on and my thighs were so much smoother I really couldn't believe it, I kept bending and moving around to see if it was just the angle but it wasn't they actually looked better. I have such a long way to go but this small miracle really made me feel good about myself.

    What a wonderful moment for you!

    I was doing pilates today and saw myself in the mirror while I was doing an exercise and I was blown away by the change in my thighs - MUCH smaller and better toned. I still have cellulite so I can't even imagine how over-the-moon you must have felt. Great NSV - a just reward for your dedication. :flowerforyou:

    That is fantastic.

    I've started my walking 3 miles after work as many nights as I can - haven't done it for quite a while but I'm hoping to feel and see a difference in a few weeks.

    It may take a while but so what, we are all getting fitter and healthier all the time.

    Excellent!!

    I find having smaller successes on the way to an overall target really helps me. I like to try and fit comfortably into old clothes and when they eventually do it really helps remind me when I'm staying away from fast food and takeaways. Ive got one particular old t-shirt that I think will fit when I hit my target.

    I still have cellulite just not on the tops of my thighs and the sides look a lot smoother. I've been walking every night for about thirty+ minutes, im doing the squat challenge plus just finding ways to do a little extra each day.
