Had some leftover Egg Roll Wrappers so thought these would be good!
1 Egg Roll Wrapper
6 slices Turkey Pepperoni
1/2 slice Mozzarella Cheese
Cooking Spray
Place the pepperoni in a line, put the cheese above it, fold sides in and roll up. Spray with cooking spray. Bake 15 min or until brown and crispy at 400 degrees.

We have something similar to this in WV and have never seen them anywhere else. We call them pepperoni rolls. Only we use frozen bread dough. Thaw the dough. You can usually get 8 per loaf of dough. Strech out the dough a little and put in about 4-5 pieces of pepperoni then seal them up. A lot of people add a piece of pepper jack cheese as well, but that is optional. Place them on a baking sheet not too close together. let them rise and then bake. They are awesome! I think you should be able to use whole wheat dough and turkey pepperoni and it would still be just as good. Just a thought!0

I'll bet these will be wonderful with prosciutto. You could also try different cheeses like provolone and even Swiss. Also, you could try different sauces, like marinara. Thanks for inspiring me.0

what is eggroll wrappers? Is it like filo pastry?0

yummmy that looks great... where do you get egg roll wrappers0

Egg roll wrappers are won ton sheets and are located in the produce department most of the time. They need to be kept cool and when opened covered with a damp cloth to keep moist. They'll dry up quickly. These look great, I'll have to try them soon.0

I live in a smaller town so the eggroll wrappers are in the freezer section above some of the frozen stir fry meals.0

Even more specifically, look in the area where the tofu and veggie burgers are.0 -

I *love* pepperoni rolls! I'm not in WV anymore, so I make my own with the canned pizza dough...or homemade dough, if I'm feeling ambitious. Now, I'm hungry for them!
