Hi all my names tina i have lost 77lbs so far on weightwatchers in just over a year i still have around 2 stone to go looking for new friends for inspiration, motivation and support so please feel free to add me thankyou tina

    Congrats on the weight loss!!! You killed it!!!! looking like a new person and feeling like one too im sure. Its a lifestyle change we have to keep pushing and finding the daily motivation to get us in the gym. Keep going don't stop is the only advice I can give. It'll be worth it in the long run.

    Hey thanks all for your replies thats one thing i have learnt is to never give up.... the thing thats helped me the most is treat day i eat what i like on my weigh day and i guess it stops me from feeling deprived also going to a class to get weighed.

    You have all done great to keep up the hard work :) .
