I've been putting off posting this for a while, I've been using MFP for 17 days now and am already starting to see results. I need some motivation to keep up with it though. I'm trying to loose a total of 30 pounds, I know its not much but if it was easy I would have done it way before now. I'm determined to stick with it this time, any friends who can help me with that goal would be greatly appreciated!
