You can chart it fairly easily.

    252 @ 43.3% = 109 fat, 143 lean
    236 @ 41.8% = 99 fat, 137lean
    225 @ 39.8% = 90 fat, 135 lean

You can figure out the rest of what you want from there. Just simple arithmetic.

Just taking the 1st and last numbers.
44lbs lost, 15.89 was muscle & 28.11 fat. so about 1.77 lbs of fat lost for every 1lbs of muscle.

Sort of. You can calculate lean body mass (LBM) as mentioned above, but LBM includes non-muscle mass too (fluid, inflammation, etc). Most of the LBM lost was probably muscle (especially if you didn't lift heavy weights), but for real accuracy, you'd have to get sophisticated testing like DEXA.

Of note, my DEXA didn't include a breakdown of types of lean mass, just a lean v fat mass.

I would have liked to have known what my lean mix was.

How are you determining body fat %? If you are using one of those household scales, then it is unlikely to be highly accurate anyway. So the fat loss vs muscle loss numbers would likely be suspect anyways.

If you are asking how to figure the past - the posts have you covered. If you are trying to get a gauge for the future...you can use past as a guide - but don't expect absolute accuracy.
