Hi All'
Another week another challenge.last week was tough but I hope to do better this week.My goal is 100000 calories but this doesn't mean 10000 has to be yours.You all know what number is a challenge for you ..so put it down & let's start burning.GOOD LUCK!!!!


My Weekly Goal: 10000 calories


Here's the format I'd like to see used::

    Wed:-burned 868 calories doing 135 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Cleaning, light, moderate effort"

    I run my challenges from wedneday..(today) until Tuesday..It's not too late!!

    Wed:-burned 335 calories doing 30 minutes of strength training (including warm up, light jog on treadmill)
    Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)
    Mon: calories burned(how they were burned)
    Tues:calories burned(how they were burned)

    GOAL: 7000per wk
    This is just a start, i want to work my way up to 10,000. I hope i dont pass out at the gym. How embarrassing! :-/
  • How do you know how many calories you burn?

    I have a heart rate monitor.It's a garmin 305 and it gives me a lot of info.calories burned,heart rate,distance,cadence...etc..
    If you don't have one MFP calculates a lot of exercises .If you put in what you've done under the exercise tab it might have your workout!

    my goal is 2500! not that great but hey 2500 calories make up a pound so i will burn oone pound of fat! and probably gain a few in muscle but thats okay!

    *I revised Thursday’s total down after repeating an identical workout on Saturday, I think Thursday’s numbers were off. Also skeptical about Friday’s numbers, but I don’t have an HRM and have to use MFP’s guess.

    It took me 10 days.... 3 days extra but I hit my GOAL of 3000 (just not in 7 days :) ) I will try again starting tomorrow. Thanks for posting this challenge. It really did keep me aware of doing my exercise.
