Giving my fitness pal a shot

Hi everyone, I am pretty new here, thought i would give it a shot. I usually track and count calories, and so on, but tend to fall off the wagon after a 20-40 lb loss and gain it all back...again and again. so i thought I would maybe do better having a support system ( other than family) to try and keep me in check.

    Well welcome aboard the MFP wagon, strap yourself in this time, it can be a bumpy ride but it is worth it! Do it long enough it becomes a habit and a good one at that. :happy:
