How long do you stay in the sauna?

I never really know how long to stay in there...Looking to get some sodium out of my body.

    Why do you need to get sodium out of your body? What's wrong with drinking water and giving it time?

    Drinking water is not the primary way to remove sodium out of your body. It's #1 increasing your potassium and #2 sweating it out. I have a lower amount of potassium today, so I'm wanting to sweat out the sodium today.
