If you eat food from your fridge and your refrigerator is running, your food counts for only half as many calories because it's exercising.0

It does not matter when you exercise it still counts. Although they do say training first thing in the morning is better. However we all live in a world of shift work or working different hours so we have to fit it in when we can. ????0

That gives me a great idea that will make millions. A jump to conclusions mat. You see it would be this mat that you would put on the floor and would have different conclusions written on it that you could jump to.0 -

How about taking one step forward and two steps back? Can we count them as exercise and eat the calories back? If so, I would be super slim ;-)0

What about ROFLing? Surely there must be some calorie burn there? If you roll about long enough?

I asked my Magic 8 Ball, and it replied, "Most likely." So you're probably good!0 -
Yes!
Other good tips:
1) Eat in the dark, so calories can't find your food.
2) Eat high calorie items with a Diet Coke, so the calories cancel....0 -

Tiny little creatures that live in your closest and sew your clothes a little bit tighter every night!0 -
Lots of people do yoyo-ing. I guess tossing a hunk of plastic around on a string is way better exercise that it sounds!0

Don't forget, when you eat food off of someone else's plate, the calories aren't yours, so they don't count.0
