Half Way There!! So Excited!!

Height - 5'-4"
Bone structure - Large
HW - 320 - Jan 3, 2014
CW - 243 - Sept 1, 2014
GW - 170 (per doctor)

Of the total 150lbs I need to lose I am down 77lbs. Since losing 75 was my half way mark, so happy to say I surpassed it today!

I weight and tack my weight on Saturday morning. Today I got up and the scale said 243!

Yippee!

I am more than half way to my goal!

I am so excited!

    Congrats! I try to enjoy every milestone. I've made small goals along the way so I feel like I have had accomplishments but getting to halfway is definitely a big one!!

    I am getting close to my halfway point and will be a celebration point for me as was this last week when I hit my 40 lbs lost point. I am trying to avoid the urge to celebrate with a bucket of fried chicken :)

    Congratulations! That's amazing progress! I'm about ten pounds away from the half way mark.
    How long have you been at it? I can't wait til I hit that half way point, It is quite the motivation seeing others achieve great goals!
