    Well, the soy heavy diet may have contributed to this issue, but these folks are right. Eat at a surplus and lift heavy weights to gain some muscle. You are very thin and it's likely that if you gain some muscle mass, you will fill out and change the shape of your chest.

    Alright even though I think I have a fat belly :)
    I have optimum nutrition gold standard whey, and pre work out energizer, will start the 5x5 workout.

    I would almost be more worried about body dysmorphic disorder than gynecomastia.

    Like, you're worried about moobs... think you have a fat belly.. etc.

    Are these realities, or just self-projected image issues?

    Trust me, I'm not knocking you or trying to belittle this. Having lost a fair amount of weight, I still see the fat me in the mirror sometimes.. but there has to be a point of acknowledgement/acceptance.
