If you don't have time to go to the gym, trying going out for a walk if weather permit it or do some sort of exercise at home. If you have some exercise DVD's do one of those. The other suggestion is to make sure you are tracking everything that you put in your mouth. If you bite it write it. This will also keep you on track. Hope this helps. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

Get some free weights and do strenth training at home. Its a great way to tone up and burn fat at home.0

What type of work you do if you dont mind me asking?
Because I do the following if I am sitting down I keep a straight back because according to my dr you are using your back and stomach muscles to keep that position and you burn calories and if I am at my desk I still on my exercise ball. at first people use to look a me like I was crazy but my dr said that was best for my back plus and can bounce up and down and use my muscle on my legs.
another thing I do is I do not call anyone directly to their phones if I can I walk over and ask the question. I go walking during my lunch evenif it is just for 15 minutes and always have my meal ready to takeas much time of it as I can.
oh yeah and I have hand weights at my desk, I find that if I am stressing (which I do work in a very stressfull enviroment) it helps relief stress plus relaxes me and I am exercsing.
I hope some of these things help. I have nuremous times lots weight but due to taking preisone for my lupus I tend to gain wait but I think I have gine through this roller coaster enough to know what works for me but I hope it can help you.
