    Tempering the niceness with the meanness is delicate. If you're too nice, you end up being that person who tells everyone it's okay to cleanse and take ketones. If you're too mean, nobody sends junk pics.

    Ah. That clears up a lot for me. Now I know why I keep getting pics of junk sprinkled in raspberry keytones.

    I like the helpful ones, but they aren't always the same as the nice ones and vice versa. But, those that are both, they're like magical unicorns.

    So many people have been helpful with advice and/or encouragement. I love the daily support that I get from my FL. Also, it's great to see someone who's just starting out on their weight loss journey and encourage them day-to-day. This is a great community.
