Liver - Need good recipes

Anyone eat this? Well I gotta start eating it - and my childhood memories of liver aren't positive at all...

If anyone has great recipes for liver (not too many ingredients if possible), please post them here!

  • Baked at 350, breaded with a bit of garlic, onion powder, lemon pepper, careful not to dry it out, should be very thinly sliced. Enjoy, a beer would help, kidding.
