I need to get more carbs.

Hey, so I've been having some problems to get my needed calorie intake without going negative.
The food I eat has a lot of protein/fat so when I hit max fat/protein, I still have like 300kcal to go, and tons of carbs..
Do you guys have any tips on what I should eat ?

My preferred choices for carbs are oatmeal, brown rice, quinoa, whole grain break like Ezekial, and sweet potatoes.0

Banana smoothies! It's what I stick with for breakfasts. Tons of carbs. Keeps me awake for early morning classes.0
