has anyone used Hydroxycut SX-7? the new stuff?

Share with me your success (and failures) because I wanna try it.
I'm looking at shaking things up a bit in my diet/workout plan, seeing if it will help me cut more fat.

    Nope. Many, many years ago (when I was young and stupid and looking for a "magic pill") I bought some sort of pill from Hydroxycut to make all my problems go away. Didn't work. :noway: Dunno what the SX-7 is but if it's a pill my 2c is not worth the cash. The only way I have ever lost weight/fat was by watching my diet/exercise plan. Only way. Crap and crap. There are many many out in MFP land who are smarter at this than I - hopefully they will jump on the thread with their advice.
