Les Mills body attack anyone?

It is my current favorite!! Love it so much I stumbled across it.. 1 night spin was fully booked so I did attack instead.. Now Monday and Thursday nights are attack nights instead of spin :D Sorry pointless post just wondering if anyone else loves it as much as me!! :p

    Never tried the Body attack but I am in love with Les Mills Combat, have you ever tried that?

    Yer love combat too at my gym they only do it on a Tuesday night so can only do it when I am not working Tuesday bit rubbish!!

    I looooove Body Attack :) My gym is doing a launch night on wednesday with all the new attack, combat, jam and pump :D
