    Everything in moderation! Set some goals. I aim high so that anything I accomplish feels good. I started last week and this week I doubled the calories burned.....ans I lost 3lbs....I am eating 1200 cal and I have 2 buddies (my sister and friend) who are doing the deed with me. I will be 40 in 11 months and I want to be 31lbs thinner and healthier. I exercise everyday....Sunday is optional....On Jan 28 I begin a Zumba class and the 29th a kickboxing class....anything to keep me occupied so I don't think about food...I wish you the best.
