question regarding lemon and honey

Hi.. I m trying to lose weight and i use lemon honey its good coz it helped not to gain weight. I wasnt doing any kind of exercise before and used to drink honey lemon when i woke up in morning.now i started doing cardio so i m confused. Should i drink it just after getting up or after exercise.

Honey and lemon are tasty. They do not, however, do anything for your weight loss unless the drinking of them is preventing you from eating something else. When (before or after exercise) makes no difference whatsoever.0
