Personal best running! 12:23 min/mile average for 4 miles.

In May I was running a 14 minute mile and only for 3.2!

    I'm at 100lbs on the leg curl machine ????????. Started out with 70lbs 5 weeks ago and now I'm doing 100lbs ♡

    Good job! I jogged the length of my street earlier for the first time in years. Bahahaha!
  • I have an ap on my phone called body cards. The app has different exercises like push-ups, and other exercises that you can do with just your body or with weights. You can choose how many sets as well as the reps in each set. I use the customize feature and by starting with 20 sets of 5 randomized exercises and rotating the exercises and adding a set each time I used it while keeping the reps the same, I have noticed that i dont get winded or as tired as i did when I first started and I'm only up to 24 reps. I used to have to take 2 or 3 breaks during the workout. Last work out I had to take one break and it was shorter than the breaks I was taking in the beginning.
