finally getting serious!

I'm 26 and way out of shape. I joined myfitnesspal a couple years ago and have yet to stick to it, but this time I'm determined! My plan is to eat healthy (no super strict diet), drink LOTS of water and alternate between a few workout videos I have. Yesterday I did Yogalosophy, today I did the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels and tomorrow I'll do Denise Austins 3 week boot camp and keep rotating. I'm also doing squats with this app I have, yesterday it had be do 111, we'll see what it has in store for me today.

I don't want to get skinny, but get rid of fat, tone and maybe make my butt and hips a bit more shapely :)
