165.

That number seems unreachable..
but I will not let unreachable, become unachieved.
Unreachable, is reachable.
Unable to, is able to.

I know I can.. and so can you!

We can all do this!

If your journey takes you a month, a year, or 5 years, You did it.

YOU TRIED.
YOU WILL SUCCEED.
EACH DAY IS A SUCCESS.
Even a crummy one.. you know why? You recognize it was crummy, and you know how to change it.

Every step you take on this journey, is another step you didn't have to take, but you did.
you choose to take the step, and the one after that, and that.

YOU ROCK <3

I've got about the same amount to lose, break it up into mini goals, it isn't so bad! :)

My goal is to lose 140lbs. It does seem like a mountain to climb, but you can do it. One step after another. I just keep thinking, every day, every good decision I make, brings me that much closer.

I started out with 180 to lose. But I STARTED. And haven't QUIT.

    :-)

When people ask me, that's what I tell them my weight loss "secret" is. Not quitting.

I don't have as much to lose, but I find breaking it up into small chunks works. Set a 10 pound goal.. then when you hit that, set another one, etc. It makes it seem more manageable.

I started at 289, I am down to 270, I would like to be at 145. That's a still a bit much for my height but that's my goal for now at least. Its a lot and its going to be hard but we can do this. My mini goal is 25 more pounds lost by Jan 1 that way I can go into the new year with "only" 100lbs to lose.

I started at 315, now at 229. I have set a mini-goal to get under 200 by the end of this year. Next, I want to be 185 by the time of my Spartan Sprint in March. Running will get easier if I am a lower weight.

Even though that is technically still 35+ pounds over my "ideal weight" I want to stay there for awhile, learning to maintain. I have found that it aids in KEEPING the weight off. Also, I hope to add more muscle, so can't eat at a deficit.

    You can do this!

Op: If the number is too daunting, make it smaller.
What about 15 little goals of 11lb? 11lb is not so big =)

    You can do this =)

You can do this! I started this process two years ago and I am so happy with the progress I have made. It starts with a decision to do something and making small changes that lead to big results! Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend!
