Since you should be using exercise for fun, health, fitness, and body composition, it doesn't matter. Whether you burn 100 or 500 calories in 1 hour of cardio simply means your caloric consumption changes up or down to maintain the same caloric deficit. I.e. you maintain on 2500 cals net, eat 2000 net to lose; if you burn 200 calories doing cardio then you'd eat 2100-2200 calories, which is still a 500 calorie deficit from your maintenance needs because exercise for the day has increased your needs to 2700 calories.0

According to my HRM, I burn the most calories on the elliptical or doing the Bob Harper Kettlebell Cardio DVD. I don't really run, which would probably be a high calorie burn for me.0

I started tennis classes. Not only is fun and competitive, but I also sweat my *kitten* out every time!0

Looks interesting. I do think the ladder at some gyms is one of the hardest exercises I ever seeing. I can never keep going after 2 minutes when I tried it.0 -
On top of all of the above, a cardio exersize that always kicks my butt is stairmaster!0
