Please can someone help me.. why I'm gaining weight :(

Hi guys,
My name is natalia and im 25 years old lady trying to loose weight. I lost lots of weight in past 9 months, everything starts when my ex-boyfriend broke up with me. I start starving myself, exercise 3 times a day 6 sometimes 7 days in a row without day off. I was getting skinnier, I really felt healthy and pretty at that time. I didn't eat (I' still not) carbs like potatoes, rice, pasta , bread. I'm not eating any fast food at all ( I even don't remember ho pizza taste, an I didn't have any cheating meal in past 9 months. Not because i told myself No , I just don't crave for it). I'm eating lots of veg, lean meat (chicken,turkey, lean mince meat) fishes (just cooked in a oven not deep fry ) I like yellow and cottage cheese, natural yoghurts (sometimes I have a taste for vanilla yoghurt). every morning I'm eating my porridge with milk 2%, fruits, nuts and 1tsp of almond butter. I'm exercising 6 times in a week. Usually I woke up before work around 3am and I'm doing 10 min abs with Mel B, later shower, breakfast, work from 6:30am till 3pm ( I'm hostess then 8,5h on my feet all the time walking back and forth ) I'm eating lunch usually at 11:30am at work the most of the time is a salad (lettuce,tomato,cucumber,sweetcorn,bit of feta cheese) and fish or lean meat cooked in a oven (nothing on dip fry or in a breadcrumbs) After work I'm going straight away to the gym for 1,5h (before that I have a snack apple and few nuts) I'm doing 1h jogging and 1h or 30 min of weightlifting,abs-legs exercises. I'm back home around 6/7pm im eating light meal like cottage cheese with veg. Sometimes I'm doing extra exercise at home like yoga or Mel B. and My days look like that the most of the week. My problem is since I moved to london and I start new job I gain around 5kg (I was 55kg now im around 59/60) in past month and I didn't change y diet at all!! don't know what's going on... old shirts are not fitting in my chest and my stomach is bigger and looked like bloated. I don't know what im doing wrong... I'm
losing my motivation, I'm working really hard to reach the point where I was month ago. Please help me I'm just getting crazy here

2. The amount of food sounds to me very little and far away from each other in comparison to your work and workout
3. When do you go to bed?
I was already exhausted by only reading what you do all day.
The weight you put on can hardly be fat if it is all correct what you staded in your opening commend.0 -
Hi my high is 160cm.. I know I should eat more but I really don't have time for it. I have just one break at work (30min) sometimes after work and before gym (or after gym) I'm having a snack like a apple and nuts. I'm going to bed usually around 10pm because I'm waking up around 3am. I know that with my exercise I could gain muscles but I don't know why my stomach is getting bigger, my old shirt that was perfect fit are not good anymore.0

Closed diary so can't see how it all adds up. How many grams of protein per day ?0

This is very little sleep you are getting.
And as above poster wrote, with a closed diary it is hard to help.0 -
Closed diary makes it difficul. The most common answer is you are eating more than you are burning. Hrad to gte past that despite the exercise and seemingly healthy diet.0

The body is adaptable. If you are eating too little (under your BMR) then it's going to fight back. If you're doing the same routine, then it will figure it out. Opening up your diary will help others to help you.0
