Hi guys, I'm Elle. After some time away, I am now back and working hard at getting myself back into shape :) In 2011/2012 I lost over 4 stone in 6 months and competed for my first time in a bodybuilding competition (toned figure category).

I was extremely sick with Crohns Disease after competing (relapse, been diagnosed since 2005) and had surgery in December last year. I gained a LOT of weight and found it hard to train.

I am now back on the road to fitness with the help of my gorgeous other half Aaron Hallett, and so far I am 2 and a half stone lighter!

    Glad to hear you are back on track, my father has Chrons and I know its not an easy thing. I am back at it myself and needing to log in day after day to stay on track
