    Obviously progress with loss of fat and you have toned up...but your skin has cleared up! You are looking healthier and happier.

    As far as P90X. The only issue I have with it is some of our XC kids who do it find their back hurting due to the ab exercises. I think those who do it have to 1. use a soft mat if they are on hardwood floors and 2. keep the form very, very carefully - maybe go slower than the demonstrator. The person probably tells them that but they are kids and you know they all think they're invincible. :smile:
