40-80lbs to lose? Add me!

I've struggled with disordered thoughts and habits and am hesitant to start tracking again. But, I am going to try. I lost 50lbs last year with MFP and have gained 40lbs back since. I mostly gained back because I focused on feeling better, and loving myself at "any weight" and so I sort of let myself go again.

My over all goal is to lose about 40lbs and get down to 150lbs, and see how I feel then.

But I'm only going to weigh every few weeks. I don't currently own a scale, which is most likely for the better.

I would love if people would add me here and keep in touch!

  • I think that's awesome that uou want to try and lose weight again. I have been on and off this app and finally came to the conslusion that enough is enough. I have had 5 major durgeries on my eyes from diabetes and I refuse for this disease and my weight to defeat who I am. I could really use a friend to get through this add me and we can help each other.
  • Sure thing!

I also think that's great you've decided to lose the weight. I have 57 pounds to go to my weight goal. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and gained 70 pounds in less than a year. I finally have it under control and now I need to get my body back! I understand your hesitance with tracking - but I am confident that with mutual support and motivation we can reach our goals! All the best and I'll be here along the way with you!
  • Set the goal and add almost food into app, you can see the improvement everyday.
  • Thanks guys!
