why I'm not losing weight

hello everybody! 1 year ago I was 77.5 kilos and now I'm 67.5 kilos but my goal is 60. Since the star of winter I didn't lose any weight (that was 3 months ago, I'm from south america) I though it was a winter thing, you know? you start eating more things, doing less exercise, etc but now it's spring and I didn't lose weight. for breakfast and lunch I have a strwaberry and banana smothie with 4 or 5 Tbsp of granola (I can't have a "normal" lunch at my job) at 6 pm I have "lunch" which I buy from a vegetarian restaurant (all the meals are quite small- rice and vegetables or veggie burger or pasta with vegetables + a smal piece of bread and fruit salad for desert (no more than 5 Tbsp) and for dinner a fruit (like a banana) I'm not doing any exercise at the moment (because of my job) what can I do? please help me!
I forgot to mention that when I lost all that weight I cooked everything by myself, that way I know who many calories I was eating, I can't do that now because of my job (long story short I don't have time these days)
* I'm vegetarian
....sorry for my bad english :P

Go back to cooking your own food.
Restaurants are notorious for using a lot of oil and salt. The oil
adds calories and the salt can cause water retention.
Additionally, it's very hard to determine how many calories exactly
are in restaurant food unless they've had it analyzed and have
that information available for you.
Honestly, you're going to have to go back to basics and log and
weigh everything... accurately. Otherwise you're just tilting at
windmills.0 -
Unless all of your waking hours are spent at work, you have time to make food. You do not work 7 days a week 24 hours each day. Cook in bulk, easy as that. Or only buy things that have caloric information so you can actually know how much you are eating, and calculate your caloric intake needs in order to know how to create your caloric deficit.0

Eat less sugar...Eat more protein...
And work out.
That's what I'd do in your situation. As far as making your own food goes, yes, that is usually better since you're in control of what you put into it (not to mention it's cheaper), but you can still eat smaller portions when eating out and lose weight. I usually eat out during lunch but less than what's given and save the rest for dinner (lunch tends to be my biggest meal).
If you're that close to your goal weight your body is likely settling into a weight that fits your level of activity. If you were gaining weight you would be eating too many calories, but since you've maintained the same weight so long I'm assuming you're just maintaining rather than eating at a deficit. More protein and a fitness routine will add more muscle and make you leaner. As it stands you're eating a lot of sugar in the form of fruit. Nothing wrong with fruit but you need other nutrients too to make your body run more efficiently.
Those are my two cents, but I'm a newbie. More experienced folks here please feel free to correct me.0 -
thank you all, I lost motivation and it's hard for me to keep going0
