back on a diet ....... again!

Hi i am new to MFP and i love it. I am always on a diet and am hoping that this site will get me motivated :bigsmile:

  • I've been going through the same thing...need to stop looking at it as a diet..it really is a change in life style...as much as I say this to myself...I struggle to hold on to the "life style change" Hoping this site will help me with it! Best of luck to you!

    You know-- MFP really isn't a diet-- it's being concious of what you're eating and making choices (whether good or bad). It's holding yourself accountable for what you eat.
    If we only follow the program for a period of time and never change our habits-- we will end up gaining the weight back.
  • Yo Yo dieting is spot on! I am terrible can be really good and then suddenly i have eaten a pack of biscuits without thinking....crazy :sad:
