I was just curious how often everyone weighs themselves to see the progress they have made? Weekly? Monthly?

I record my weight once a week. I'll sneak a step on there out of curiosity every now and then (ie: after a cheat night of wings and beer )0

I'm too curious, I weigh myself probably 5 times a day. It allows me to always know how my body is trending. If I drink on the weekend I know now that it takes til Wednesday for my weight to readjust. I think it's valuable to know what makes ur weight fluctuate and to never have any surprises on the scale.0

I weigh almost every morning, it helps me know how my body processes food. However, I record it here only once a month.0

Looks like I'm not the first person to wonder, I just wanted to get input, and maybe find some new friends to help motivate through conversation.0

once a year, if that... literally. I choose to use my clothes and the mirror as my scale. The numbers on the scale used to make me crazy-- weighing in 5+ times a day and freaking out when I didn't lose an ounce after peeing... so, just decided to quit weighing in all together... may not work for you but sure worked for me... used to be a size 28-30 and am a size 4 today... all because I focused my energy on walking and changing my eating habits...0
