what DVD'S do you use?

i have just ordered the power 90 series to add to my workout regime....i bought 30 day shred and have pilates videos, a biggest looser dvd and a tae bo video....on top of this i use my elliptical and my balance ball and hand weights to mix into my workout....mind you, i havent stuck with any certain video, but im hoping by mixing it up ill have results and not have to worry about that dreaded plateau....whats your take?

    I have Leslie Sansone walk at home that does a 4 mile walk with a toning band. How would I put this in the exercise section. I also use a toning band to do a 18 minute targeted sculpting movements. I want to do the 1 mile from the DVD and the four mile that uses the toning band and than the 18 minute sculpting workout 5 times a week. How would I log this in the exercise section. I am new to MFP.
