Hi everyone! I'm Brent. I'm a college student who is currently on my first week of using MFP. In just this week I went from 299lbs to 290. I'm really excited to try and lose weight, but I'm not exactly sure how to do it. I don't have access to a gym, and I've just been walking for 15 minutes up and down my road (a steep uphill/downhill) as many days as I can, but sometimes college prevents me from doing that. I'd love any support and help people can give me!

You will probably lose a lot of weight right off the bat! it feels good. Track your calories and don't go over budget and you will lose weight!0 -
