Hello all! I am a 28 year old mom and really need to get healthy. I lack a lot of support at home and am hoping to find a good group of friends on MFP to help motivate each other on our way to healthier lives. I need to be held accountable for my choices and hopefully by posting here it is a good first step. Good Luck Everyone!
