My goal is 160 lbs & curvy. I'm 5'5. I wanted to know if someone would please share their diary. I would like to know what an 160 lb person eats regularly to neither lose or gain weight.

There is a whole lot more involved here than just someone's weight. Stats are only part of the equation...a 160 Lb person who runs marathons is going to require a **** ton more calories than a 160 Lb person who does not exercise at all for example. My best friend and I are both 180ish Lbs...I require around 2,800 - 3,000 calories per day to maintain my weight...he requires around 2,300 - 2,400; I workout regularly and he works out rarely.
If you are tracking your weight loss and say losing 1 Lb per week as a general trend...then you know your maintenance calories are about 500 calories more than you are currently consuming...just math.0 -
You might want to check out IIFYM.com and go to the calculators. Once you figure out your TDEE you will know how many calories you need to maintain your weight. Direct link to calculators- http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/0
