    I love my Fitbit ONE.

Can't help you with the Fitbit scales though, as I've never used it.

I find wrist bands/trackers to be a waste of money for me, as, well, I don't walk very much on a daily basis (nor do I plan to start) and thus a pedometer is pretty worthless. As for the scale though, I got a Withings scale because I'm too lazy to upload my weight every morning and it's worked out great.

A Ftibit is like a pedometer+, it records your steps like a pedometer, but also staircases climbed, it knows how fast you are going so it can also tell you your activity level for the day.
It motivated me to walk to the end of the street, in the dark, to get those 10,000 steps in for the day. Or run up and down my stair to get to 10 flight of stairs a day.

Best of all it automatically interfaces with MFP and updates my exercise calories for the day.

There is a Fitbit Group if you want to know more.
