No kidding! I have recently decided to cut way down on my sodium intake, I really didn't think I ate much since I really don't add salt to many things, I couldn't be more wrong LOL OMG, everything is full of sodium! I may have some type of kidney disease, not diagnosed yet, I am ALWAYS thirsty (have been my whole life--not diabetic), I really hope I don't have to restrict my liquids, I mostly only drink water, but I LOVE it LOL
I also just starting using MFP this past week, I joined a while back, but gave up quickly. Now I feel I NEED to do something for my health, so I think I will be more likely to do it.
I wish I knew more about how to lose weight with kidney problems, but as I learn more I will let you know and maybe I will learn from you too.
